Projects 

The basic model of our projects is the Integrated Housing Complex. Typically, this is a mix of dwelling for various income groups, along with modern community facilities to provide a complete lifestyle. In the economic equation, the upper income group apartments subsidize the lower income group flats. The projects therefore not only offer affordable accommodation to those with limited means, but a lifestyle that is attractive to the affluent as well. The first venture, Anupama Housing Complex, comprising 1400 flats, is today a thriving, happy community.
